About Jackdaw: Hailing from Fort Worth, Texas, Jackdaw has been making art and music in DFW for many years. He can be found almost any weekend somewhere in Texas showing and selling his work in bars or on the street. His small linocut prints playfully depict figures in pop-culture and Texana.
Musically, Jackdaw has played in many bands, such as Whiskey Folk Ramblers, Vandoliers, and now with his current band, Crooked Bones. Therefore it’s no surprise that he greatly appreciates KXT’s emphasis on, and support for, local music.
